The Gandhi Research Foundation (GRF) represents the consummation of the late Shri Bhawarlal Jain’s compassion and commitment. He was a noble individual who created wealth and became its trustee. Inspired by Mahatma Gandhi, he made Gandhiji his role model.
The GRF believes that the Earth and all life on Earth are our common heritage, and that it is our collective responsibility to take care of it. We at the GRF are engaged in enhancing life, in general, and rural lives, in particular. We aim to empower the young generation to pursue ecologically sustainable livelihoods. In doing so, we want to realise Gandhi’s vision of a nonviolent society.
We earnestly appeal to you to contribute to this endeavour so that together we can transform this world into a habitat of justice, equality and freedom for all, and especially for the marginalized and the impoverished. Our ongoing program "BaBapu150", conceived for this purpose, is ideally suited for your sponsorship.
How can you be part of this transformation?
Your support means so much to us – and you can help us in so many ways: We invite you to join us as an intern, a research fellow or as a volunteer. Or you can serve as an academic resource person, a GVSP external campaigner, a peace and conflict trainer, a camp and outreach program organizer, a provider of technical support for rural transformation, or a system designer, and more. The choice is yours.
Alternatively, please make a generous donation to any of our ongoing programs.
The GRF, in line with the vision of its founder, strives to establish a world founded on Gandhiji’s cherished values of Truth and Nonviolence, and in furtherance of this aim has initiated a number of programs.
Your generous support will go directly towards promoting one of the following programs:
Academics: Post-Graduation in Gandhian Thought and Social Science, PG Diploma in Sustainable Rural Reconstruction and Gandhi Vichar Sanskar Pariksha (Gandhian Values for Sustainable Peace).
