रचनात्मक कार्यक्रम उनका रहस्य और स्थान यह गाँधीजी की एक अत्यंत महत्वपुर्ण किताब है। महात्मा गाँधीजी ने कई किताबे लिखी है। इसमें उन्होंने अपनी कृति को शब्दों में व्यक्त किया है। इस किताब के द्वारा हमे यह बात समझ में आयी की उन्होंने समाज में जातिय-धार्मिक एकता के लिये किस तरह से कोशिश की थी। इस किताब का एक अध्याय अस्पृश्यता निवारण में उन्होंने ये लिखा है की अस्पृश्यता यह सामाजिक कलंक है। शराब बंदी के लिये भी उन्होंने कोशिश की। खादी का महत्व समझाया विदेशी उत्पादन के बजाय स्वदेशी का महत्व स्थापित किया। स्वच्छता का महत्व अपनी कृती द्वारा समझाया आदि देशसेवा का कार्य उन्होंने किया । इससे हमें निश्‍चिंत ही एक नई प्रेरणा मिली है।
