MoUs & Collaborations

On 13th March, 2010, the GRF entered into an MoU with Gujarat Vidyapith, Ahmedabad, India, to mutually cooperate with the aim of preserving and disseminating Gandhian philosophy and praxis through education, research and literature.
In February 2010, the GRF signed an MoU with Cytus University, Mexico, to jointly promote Gandhiji’s writings, the dissemination of his teachings, as well as an understanding not only for the practice of nonviolence as a visible option for conflict resolution, but also for that of leadership through his exemplary life and campaigns.
In April 2016, the GRF signed an MoU with Gandhi Centre of Pisa, Italy, to jointly promote a culture of nonviolence among the youth, spread awareness for peace and justice, organize exchange programs and share education, training and research materials.
In July 2012, the GRF signed an MoU with Arizona State University, USA, to jointly work on the empowerment for peace by leadership in Agribusiness and Sustainability, with the aim of eradicating poverty in rural communities.
In December 2019, the GRF signed an MoU with the National Institute of Naturopathy (NIN), Pune an autonomous body under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, based in Pune, to cooperate together in conducting Gandhian research, training and knowledge dissemination, as well as to jointly organize short-term education programs on topics of mutual interest, strengthen their respective innovative capacities in research and provide each other with access to applied and problem-based research activities.
In March 2020, the GRF signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the Department of History, University of York, U.K., to work together on an online exhibition marking the 90th anniversary of Gandhi’s Salt March, as well as to develop a longer-term research collaboration of joint projects and scholarly exchange.
